The KDE Quality Team aims at helping the developers to improve their project by providing guidelines for testing and continuous integration. Tips on improving the project management towards a better Quality Management are also in our focus.

The talk will present the overall work of the KDE Quality Team and it's experience over the last year.
With real-life examples we show how a well organized testing and the use of continuous integration can help you improve your software.
We will also give tips on how to improve the Project Management with a focus on Quality, scalable from tiny one-man projects to bigger teams.
