Where are we on the way to KDE Frameworks 6, what is still in our way and how are we going to proceed?
| Description | In this talk we are going to look at how far we have come since starting the road to KDE Frameworks 6 at Akademy 2019 three years ago, the obstacles we still see ahead and the best guesses on how we will move forward. We will also evaluate how the strategy chosen to minimize the disruptions during the transition to Qt6 and KF6 has held up so far, and where we are for a KF6-based Plasma and applications. |
