Description

This session is not just about gender — it’s about perseverance, perception, and identity in tech. The talk will explore what it means to grow in a professional space where your role is often assumed before it's understood, and how that shaped a leadership journey rooted in resilience rather than conformity.

By sharing real examples from open source events, client interactions, and everyday professional dynamics, this talk opens up a conversation about how subtle bias shows up — and how to push past it without burning out.

It’s aimed at anyone who has ever been misjudged, overlooked, or questioned — not just women. It will resonate with those trying to build a voice, lead authentically, or support inclusivity in meaningful ways.
