Plasma's got a new notification center! I will tell you all about it and what you as an app developer can and should do to make the user experience even greater.

This talk gives a brief rundown of the new notification center introduced in Plasma 5.16 and some of its new features and how it's architecture is designed.
More importantly, however, it explains how you as an application developer can make use of the improved notification display for a greater user experience and what to keep in mind when using them.
Finally, an outlook is given on what's to come in future versions of Plasma.
